Spend your free time wisely

If you’re not planning to act, there’s very little point in thinking, or over-thinking for that matter. You should aim to spend your free time observing the world around you without making any judgements.

The analogy of sitting in a park in spring-time listening to the birds as they build their nests in preparation of bringing the next generation into the world is a good example of observation.

Don’t spoil the moment by thinking about things you can’t control.
