A lot of problems disappear when exposed to Light

A lot of problems disappear when exposed to the light of day. Why? Because the problem only exists in the dark recesses of people’s minds. When people talk about those problems, the problem loses its hold over the person. The important thing to remember is, they don’t have to talk to somebody else, they only have to speak about their problems out loud. (Talk, not think about your problems.)

Of course, the majority of those problems are first world problems, i.e (they don’t like me.)

There are or course a lot of real problems being experienced all over the globe and no amount of logic will fix them any time soon. They are the problems created by generations of greedy business men and woman who’ve exploited each country’s natural resources for their benefit and have left the native people behind to pay the ultimate price; hunger, war, extreme dictatorships to name but a few.

The first world problems I’m talking about are to do with the ego; they’re talking about me behind my back, they don’t like me, I don’t have enough time, they think I’m ugly, they don’t think I’m good enough, the list goes on.

In time, they will realise what other people think is immaterial and get on with living their life in their own way because they will have heard this piece of advice enough times to agree with it.

Who really cares what they think? You can’t change what people think, you can only change how you think about yourself.
