Everybody loves rewards; if you reward yourself every time you do something that improves your quality of life, your mind will always look for things it finds pleasurable. If you do something that brings about stress and anxiety, your mind will find a way to stop you, this normally involves pain.
Your body and mind works best when they work together; your decision is, do you want pain or pleasure? Most people choose pleasure, however, not all, some people choose to complain about things they cannot control or things they will not change.
