You’ll remember the moments that took your breath away long after the moments where nothing happened but if you concentrate on your breathing during those moments you will live long enough to experience more of those moments.
If you concentrate on reasons to be depressed, you’ll end up depressed, however, if you concentrate on your breath, you’ll end up concentrating on life.
