Positive and negative feelings exist in everybody but not everybody is aware of them because they are usually too busy dealing with the reasons behind their emotions rather than concentrating on their feelings.
This is okay as long as a balance exists, or they spend more time feeling positive than negative, but when people experience negative feelings for too long or other people are bringing their behaviour to their attention, it’s a sure sign they need to spend some time analyzing their own thoughts, words and actions because nobody can fix what they do not know is broken.
