That’s an interesting question for a myriad of reasons;
Would I understand why you did it?
Should you unburden yourself when you believe you’re being punished, and rightly so, by keeping that information to yourself?
Will you think less of me if I told you everything?
Would you think less of yourself for not being strong enough to handle your own burdens?
The real truth is, none of those questions are important because the people in your life care about how you treat them now, and not about what you did at a different time in your life. You can tell them everything and their opinion of you will not change.
